Lukas founded KitchenTown Berlin — today FutureFoodCo — in 2019 and has since led dozens of innovation projects with startups and corporates. He's the mind behind our Innovation Sprints.
Katrin runs our Innovation Sprints and guides projects from the first idea to a validated concept. Her strength: bringing structure to creative processes and grounding decisions in consumer research.
Leonie is our food technologist. She turns ideas into real, producible products — from the first lab prototype to ready-for-production at a co-manufacturer.
